RMT was founded on a straightforward premise: the Australian medtech sector deserves a locally-owned, specialist partner that can take a device from concept to clinic. Our four co-founders bring complementary expertise across biomedical, mechanical and mechatronic engineering, quality assurance and regulatory affairs, production management, and commercial strategy. Between us, we have held senior roles at global orthopaedic companies, built and run ISO 13485-compliant quality systems, supported the launch of robotic surgery platforms, and managed product portfolios across hip, knee, shoulder, spine, and sports medicine. We established RMT to put that collective experience to work – for clients who need a capable, committed partner, and for patients who deserve better access to Australian-developed medical technologies.
