ResolveIQ

Comprehensive clinical outcomes. Owned by the clinician.

by Resolution Med Tech

ResolveIQ is Resolution Med Tech’s patient outcomes program. It lets Australian surgeons follow how their own patients recover after surgery, using short questionnaires that patients answer on their own phone. No app, no password, and no extra work for the clinic.

How it works for patients

Four steps, all on your own phone. Nothing starts until you have been invited by your surgeon’s rooms.

Step 1

Scan a card at the clinic

Your surgeon’s rooms hand you a ResolveIQ card. Scan it with your phone camera to register and give consent. It takes about three minutes. There is no online sign-up; you can only join through your clinic.

Step 2

Get a text or email when a check-in is due

Before surgery and at set points afterwards, ResolveIQ sends you a message with your personal link, and a reminder if you have not answered.

Step 3

Five to ten minutes on your phone

The link opens straight to the questions. They are the standard questions about pain, movement and daily life used in orthopaedics worldwide, and take about five to ten minutes. Your answers go straight to your surgeon.

Step 4

Opt out at any time

You can stop taking part at any time: reply STOP to any ResolveIQ text, use the opt-out link at the bottom of any ResolveIQ email, or tell your clinic. You do not need to give a reason and it will never affect your care.

For surgeons and practices

Your own outcomes, on your own patients, without adding work to the rooms.

The practice hands out a card

The card is coded to your clinic and to you. Patients register themselves, and enrolment, scheduling and reminders run without data entry in the rooms. A patient who does not get to it at home can do it on a clinic iPad.

You see your own patients, live

Results flow straight to your dashboard as patients answer, using validated outcome scores for each procedure and a satisfaction scale. For audit, quality improvement and reporting to hospitals.

You own your data

The data belongs to the individual surgeon. Resolution Med Tech acts as custodian and cannot share, pool or license anything without the surgeon’s agreement and patient consent. Pooled results never identify individual surgeons or enable surgeon-to-surgeon comparison. ResolveIQ reports outcomes; it does not diagnose, treat or make clinical recommendations.
